Terms of Service
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Rinat Akhunianov ("we", "us"), who operates You Will Know. By using You Will Know, you accept them. We tried to keep them short and readable.
1. The service
You Will Know helps you write, schedule, publish and analyze your own posts on Threads, with an AI editor that gives feedback on your writing. It is in closed beta: features may change, break or disappear, and the beta is free. We will tell you before paid plans start; nothing is charged without your explicit purchase.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 and old enough to use Threads in your country. Keep access to your email or Google account secure, since that is how you sign in. An account is for one person.
3. Connecting Threads
When you connect Threads, you allow us to publish the posts you schedule or publish now, and to read your profile, posts and insights to show your analytics. Your use of Threads remains subject to Meta's terms and policies. You can revoke access at any time in You Will Know or in Threads settings.
Threads is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. You Will Know is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
4. Your content
You own what you write and upload. You give us a limited license to store, process and transmit it only to run the service for you: for example, to publish it to Threads when you schedule it, or to send it to our AI provider when you ask for a review. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to it.
5. The AI editor
The AI editor makes suggestions. They can be wrong, and you decide what to use. It never publishes anything or changes your text without your confirmation. Daily usage limits apply.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use You Will Know to:
- send spam or run inauthentic or coordinated activity;
- break the law or Meta's terms, policies or community guidelines;
- publish content that infringes others' rights;
- probe, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits;
- resell or give others access to your account.
7. Paid plans
When paid plans launch, Paddle will act as the merchant of record, and the price, billing period and refund terms will be shown before you buy.
8. Availability
We work hard to publish every scheduled post on time, but publishing depends on Meta's API, which can be down, change, or apply limits. If a post fails, we show the error and let you retry. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
9. Ending your use
You can stop using You Will Know and delete your account at any time (see data deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost followers, reach or revenue, or for posts that failed to publish. Our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or 50 US dollars. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
12. Changes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will email you before the change takes effect. Using You Will Know after that means you accept the new terms.
